How to roll out SOPs across every franchise location

Step-by-step playbook for HQ teams: turn your SOPs into AI-built training, assign by location and role, track completion, and prove rollout to every site.

Step-by-step

  1. Upload your existing SOP

From the HQ dashboard, drag your SOP file (PDF, Word, or PowerPoint) into the upload zone. Aristotl reads it - no rebuilding in slide tools, no manual content authoring. You'll see a parsed outline within a minute, with sections and procedures extracted automatically. Confirm the parse looks right; you can correct headings inline.

  2. Generate the AI-built course

Click 'Generate course' on the parsed SOP. Aristotl builds a structured course with modules, knowledge checks, and scenario questions tied to the SOP's content. For a typical 20-page SOP, this takes 3–5 minutes. Review each module - you can edit any text, swap quiz questions, or split modules apart. Approve when ready.

  3. Assign by location and role

From the course's 'Assign' tab, select target locations (all sites, a region, or specific stores) and roles (e.g. shift supervisors, crew members). Scoped permissions let franchise managers see only their scope. Set a completion deadline. Aristotl handles auto-translation per learner - pick languages or let it match each learner's profile.

  4. Notify every location

Aristotl sends notifications to every assigned learner via email and in-app. Franchise managers see a rollup of who needs to complete the SOP, and learners get a direct link. Mobile-first by default - frontliners train on the device they already have. You can also push a Slack or Teams notification per location.

  5. Track completion from the HQ dashboard

Open the HQ dashboard to see live completion sliced by location, role, and course. Franchise managers see only their scope. Aristotl flags locations falling behind so you can intervene before the deadline. Export an audit-ready CSV showing every learner, completion timestamp, and quiz score per location - no spreadsheet chasing.
