Tag every compliance course
From your course library, mark each compliance course with the appropriate regulatory tag (food safety, OSHA, GDPR, anti-harassment, fire safety, etc.). Tags drive the compliance dashboard and audit-ready exports. Add tag metadata once per course; Aristotl applies it to every assignment going forward. Tags also gate content - non-compliant locations can't auto-archive a tagged course.
Capture per-learner attestation
Enable the attestation step on each compliance course. After completing the course and passing the quiz, the learner sees an attestation screen ('I confirm I have completed this training and understand my obligations'). Aristotl logs the attestation timestamp, IP, and quiz score. This is the audit artifact regulators ask for - generated automatically per learner per course.
Export the network-wide compliance report
From the compliance dashboard, filter by tag and date range, then click 'Export audit report'. The PDF/CSV includes every learner, location, course, completion timestamp, quiz score, and attestation signature. One click, every regulation, every location. Respond to spot audits on demand
