Full Stack Developer

We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to help build the backbone of Aristotl. You'll work directly with the founders to design and scale the core product that turns static trainings into impactful microlearning.

About Us

Traditional e-learning is slow to build, boring to follow and delivers poor completion and retention. Aristotl fixes this by transforming long manuals, slide decks and trainings into short, interactive micro-modules and immersive scenarios that fit into the workday. With Aristotl, companies can reuse existing content, generate new learning experiences with AI, and track everything in one place.

We closed our first investment round in August 2025 and are currently looking to expand our team with ambitious and driven people. We are currently working with four people (2 founders and 2 developers) and are actively looking to expand to a 5–7 person team.

Our Ideal Engineer

Our ideal engineer doesn't just write code. You think about data, architecture and the product as a whole. You like clean systems, but you're also pragmatic enough to ship, learn from users and iterate. You want your work to be visible in our product, our metrics and how people learn at work.

Practical Information

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Based in Antwerp (hybrid: office + remote possible)
  • Early-stage B2B SaaS / EdTech startup
  • Tech stack: Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, PostgreSQL
  • Work directly with the founders as one of the first technical hires

What You'll Do

  • Design and own our backend and database architecture
  • Ship end-to-end product features
  • Make authentication and security rock-solid
  • Turn the roadmap into real product
  • Guard performance and code quality
  • Shape our technical direction

The Details

  • One of the first technical hires
  • Define stack, architecture and engineering practices
  • Competitive salary and bonus
  • Flexible work (office + remote)
  • Direct input on product and roadmap
  • High responsibility and freedom to experiment

Interview Process

  1. 1Short intro call (30 min)
  2. 2Practical exercise or live code/architecture session
  3. 3Meet the founders
  4. 4Final offer & start date alignment

We care more about your potential, mindset and quality of thinking than about a perfect CV. If this sounds like you, we'd love to talk.
